  Horrific customer service. I set up an appointment and arrived on time to try and have my phone fixed, and was surprised when the guy inside not only said that they didn't have any technicians in today, but also said they couldn't fix my S6 for whatever reason.
  
  My charging Jack is busted, and they said that it was fixable as per their appointment service.
  
  Disappointed in this place, I came here a few months ago for a battery for my son, and all was well then, but then this happened? Why set up an appointment and have somebody commute down only to tell them that you can't do anything about it?
  
  Will never be shopping here again. Be warned, you have about a 50/50shot of wasting your time here, a few of my friends have had similar experiences, leading me to believe that this place either doesn't care about customer service, or beyond the most basic of battery products are unable to preform a basic repair job.
